Wireing spindle motor to work with Mach 3

Post by Riddersholm » Sat 02 Feb , 2013 20:12 pm

Hello.

It have probaly been asked alot of times.

But i really need some help.

Ok, i bought a Denford Triac from 1992 with a DOS computer as a controller for 50£ but the DOS computer is bust.

So i decied to convert it to MACH 3 as my first conversoin.

But boy i am in over my head :-?

I have got the Axises stepper motors to work by useing a new break out board, with new step drivers, i diden think the spindle would be such a big problem.

I really need someone to tell me how i connect the motor from scratch since i took out everything, i have it laying but now cant remember what goes where

Pictures of how to wire the DC would really help me out.

Best Regards Riddersholm

Is it the original spindle motor and drive ?
Probably best post photos of what you have and someone might be able to tell you what goes where
