Wont work ,any ideas its a uni machine looks like the batteries are dead been stood some years

Any info would be helpful as it looks like these were rare

Is it any good performance wise, I thought cheap cnc will be ok for turning stainless

Never came with a tailstock either so I'm in a good money after bad situation I think
