I have just fitted a new HEPA filter and the Laser is still displaying "Replace Filter" Message

1. Check the sensors inside the machine if they are dirty, you can easily see them if you pull out the filter drawer. It is the tiny holes in the back.

2. Check if the drawers are properly closed.

3. Look at the backside of the machine if the Motor box (The box at the bottom) is properly attached.

4. Remove the cover above the motor box on the backside and look if all the hoses are connected to each other.

Check that the lids are fitted the correct way round inside both draws.

There is a cut out on one side of the lid that needs to be towards the back.
