Denford Triac-Fanuc ATC: problem

Post by TR » Tue 10 Apr , 2007 13:07 pm

Hi!
Here ate my University, we have a Denford Triac-Fanuc CNC witch I need to use. The problem is the following:

when I turn on the machine using the green button, this button keeps flickering. In the srceen is written:

0463 - 13
servo: 9030 - 16
PMC: 3.47 - G

Not ready

None of the machine's buttons seems to work.
How do I solve this problem?

It looks like you have a Emergency Stop activated.

Is the red E-Stop button pushed in ?

Is the machine part of a cim? If it is there is normally a 8 pin circular qm plug that needs connecting.

Is it on a machine limit? You can test by holding in the axis overide push button.
