Fanuc Cnc Help Reqd

Hi.
Help reqd. Cnc virgin.
I have a Fanuc Triac machine,I have two questions.
1. How do you enter M27 in Mdi mode to reset tool pocket to no1 ( I have never programmed or altered anything on this machine before.)
2. Dnc Drip feed.
I have bought a program called CncConnect to do this. but do not know where to start.
What I need is a step by step guide for both the above questions.
