L is an older imperial pulley/belt tooth size.
150 refers to the belt length. IIRC the older imperial sizing is in length, so 150 meaning the belt is 15" long. (metric belts are typically measured by number of teeth).

The only thing you need to physically measure is the belt/pulley width, but going by the above picture, I'd guess it's an inch wide belt.

I thought I had a note for the pulley sizes, as I upgraded my spindle motor to a servo, but I can't find the notes or the invoice for the new pulley and belt.

Thanks for the response!

I ended up machining a sleeve to use the original pulley, now have a treadmill motor setup installed with a custom mount
