Taking A/C bearing of the spindle off

Hi all,
Anybody ever try to replace the bearing on the spindle of a green Triac ?
Bearings on mine are making funny noises, so I'd like to take them off to see what's wrong and potencially replace them. These seems to be A/C bearings, And I don't see how to take them off... If I use an internal puller and pull on the inner race, it may just come off and leave the rest of the bearing in the casting...
Any ideas how to do that properly ?
