Triac cassette unit

Post by Fat Harry » Tue 22 Aug , 2006 14:34 pm

I have a 1988 Triac & the cassette unit is going on the blink.
Anyone know if these can be sourced or re-conditioned ?
Ta !

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

Have a look around - cassettes have been mentioned before:

- There was definately one on ebay a couple of weeks ago !

If you can't find one, you want to try the industrial text editor and using an old PC to send data to it - I'm sure others on the forum have done this (PS if you PM them and get a definative answer, please post it back on here :D )

Don't really think its worth reconditioning - its doubtful that anyone will have spare tape heads and rollers :(
