I recently purchased a Triac VMC converted to Mach 3 with an 8 station auto tool changer

Not bad at all !
Although, dare I say that the new machine (VMC1300) contours a bit quicker

It was doing around 50mm/min in the video. I couldn't machine much quicker as the part was only held with double sided tape. I reckon it could easily do 1.2m/min if the block was in the vice.

Notice also the toolchanger has been raised 30mm for extra clearance when changing tools. I am getting another VMC in a few weeks as I am very impressed with it.

The spindle is exceptionally quiet in operation.
