Help please Triac CNC milling with ATC

Post by jim the fish » Sun 23 Jul , 2006 12:18 pm

Need a good repairer for my Y axis drive card, it not working, had it repaired 12 months ago but failed again. Fuses blow everytime I switch it on. Even with the plug to the motors disconnected. Has anyone a drive card for sale or can suggest a way of updating the drives. You are talking to an old engineer, so remeber if i can't see it I dont understand it, electronics beyond me so keep it simple.
The driver is a Parker Digiplan. the other two drivers work and by swaping the X card in the Y drive it seems to work the faulty axis.
