Can you check the following from a earlier post?

Check the mains on terminals 12 & 13. You should have 240volts AC.
Check the analogue on terminals 2 & 3. You should have around 5volts DC.
Check the aramature output on terminals 8 & 9. You should be looking for somwhere around 100volts DC.

It's been a while but if you have still not resolved this issue check the following.
On the spindle drive are 4 dip switches s1 to s4. You will probably find that they have been set to the wrong feedback range.
e.g. if they are set s1-on, s2-off this is 25-50V range, by changing this to s1-off, s2-on changes feedback to 50-100V and will double spindle speed. You can then fine tune the speed by adjusting the MAX SPEED PRESET pot.
The manual for the spindle drive is available in the download section.
hope this is of help
Keith
