Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

Can you supply some more details of the control/drive electronics, eg North East Electronics and the how its controlled (eg PC / BBC etc...)?

Anyone else who can help you out will need to know this.

I think its maybe too old to qualify for our Euro card upgrade route to enable smooth 3 axis interp, but if not that would give your machine a whole new lease of life.

If its the older North East stuff, then I guess you should look at replacing the control and drive electronics - there must be lots of others who have done this.

I'd look at the control hardware first before looking for a Post for Rhino

If there is a standard post for Fanuc or that ends .NC in Rhino that would be a start. The basic codes will be the same.

I agree with Admin that even if you get a post it will not be possible to cut anything without the upgrade.
