Hi all,

I have a Starturn 4 July 1990 Electrics 390101 this was an ebay buy, the electrics had been removed ready for conversion but as many had not been completed. I have sorted most of it, I have put new stepper drives in and a new breakout board ready for Mach3 so its just the spindle control to sort.

I have looked at every Starturn electrical drawing I can find and none show this board (picture taken from this forum, Thanks to opentoideas)

My Guess is its a 0-10 Volt isolation card and the 3 right hand connections are 240V, the 2 top right hand connections are 0-10V out and the red wire on the upper left connection will be 12 volt input and the white/red is a PWM input.

My breakout board has an opt isolated 0-10V output so do I even need this board?

Can anyone confirm my thinking or correct me.

Thanks
Graham

It`s hard to see what board it is.

I thought it was the toolpost control card at first but not sure now.

If you remove the board it may have a part number on the bottom.
