Router 2600 bed level

Hi, I have just clocked the bed on my new 2600 and found the bed to have a 0.33mm diffence in hight across 1 set of diagonal corners. Does anyone know if this is usual and if so how do people adjust or compensate? Many thanks, Graeme

Graeme,
This is not an unusal measurment and in fact is well withing the tollerance on the table extrusion.
The table profile is also not flat but raised between the T Slots to allow better clamping so clocking the table can be difficult.
With most jobs made on a router in wood and plastic this difference would not be noticed and the materials would normally flex or deform far more than this when machined.
The clamping method of the component is far more important. If you have a critical job I would suggest loading a sheet of MDF onto the bed and screwing this down into the T slots. If you then skim this you will have a machined surface to fasten your component down onto.
