Hello,
I've just got a Denford Orac, and i'm looking for a place to buy tapes from to safe the programs.
Also what would I need to connect it to a modern computer?
Regards
Ricky

These questions have already been asked and answered in various places:
Eg: viewtopic.php?t=531&highlight=industrial+text+editor
viewtopic.php?t=1040&highlight=drip+feed+triac
viewtopic.php?f=34&t=277&hilit=micro+cassette
ps, The tapes have been seen for sale on here and on ebay

Thanks for the help.
All of the links are different machines. Are the opperati systems the same?

I guess the tape systems would have been the same. You'll have to check the info against what you have, but most machines around that time used the same control systems eg North east electronics PNC2, PNC3 and GSM. Anything with a later Baldor control will more likely have moved onto RS232 and drip feed.
