Easimill controller

Post by RonGlock » Thu 16 Nov , 2006 11:31 am

I have an Easimill that I purchased used that has a busted controller. Not sure how much is salvageable. I have been told that it is possible to use the stepper motors in the machine and new control cards with a PC to get the machine to function as intended but have no idea of cost or how to go about it. I also understand that the control manufacturers can supply me with a complete control panel. Need all and any advice on which way to go to get this machine up and running.

Thanks

Hi

If it has a PNC2 controller you may want to have a look at ebay item 230050163948

Cheers

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

Well worth getting this control off ebay for less than £100

Otherwise your looking at a £200-400 retrofit and a steep learning curve !
