Cyclone P 21i and Triac 21i electrical diagrams needed

Post by Synchrocnc » Sun 09 Jul , 2017 9:01 am

Hello,

New to the forum and just bought a Triac and Cyclone P, both with Fanuc 21i.

I do not have any electrical diagrams or parts lists for either machine and was wondering if anybody out there has any.

Many thanks in advance

Alan

Hi Alan,

Found electrical drawings for Cyclone Fanuc 21i (1999) whilst looking for Fanuc 0T-C drawings.

Only a few months late but hope it helps!

It may be best to monitor the inputs on the Fanuc 21I.
X7.0 = Position Bit 1
X7.1 = Position Bit 2
X7.2 = Position Bit 3
X7.3 = Position Bit 4
X7.4 = turret Clamp Signal
X7.5 = Strobe
X7.7 = Thermal Switch.
