// v1.6 26/07/2012 fixed issue where table area was not shown intitally
// v1.6 27/07/2012 altered default to not group tools in multiple programs.
// v1.6 13/11/2012 fixed toolchange message to show diameter set by program [Tooldefs
// v1.6 13/11/2012 forced an update to show the programs that will fit when the offset is changed
// v1.6 13/11/2012 creating an .fnc from the gerber import now include [Tooldef info which is read by the software
