I think you definitely need to change ALL the batteries first of all. I think maybe some of the error messages will disappear when you have fitted them.

The buzzer will sound when either all 3 LED’s are on indicating filters are full or if all 3 LED’s flash indicating a system failure, in this case it would indicate there is no vacuum within the unit (motor not running). In this case check the fuses.

The software needs to know that the Turn 270 has a tool post fitted.

On VR Turnings top menu bar select
SETUP > MACHINE PARAMETERS (Password denny) >TOOL CHANGE

If any of the green surround axis letters are showing when you first connect to the machine with the VR Milling ver 5 software, then there is either a problem with the relevant datum switch, datum switch wiring or input on the control board.

Turning on the isolator with the door open would be a good start, that's if your health and safety regulations allow you to do so.

TwoFishDLL.dll is to do with the encryption security for the SecKey.tff files and is normally installed into c:\windows\system32
