I have tried reseating the board. If the board is faulty do you know if I can get a replacement.

Hi Martin thanks again for the advice i tried a qwerty keyboard but still nothing, i know i keep on about the batteries but they are only reading 0.02 volts. Do you think changing these might help or have I got a large paper weight.

Hi again I have checked out the supply to the board that I believe is the pc all I can say is that the fan on the board is running. I have tried to attach a pic that ive pointed to in red these are the 2 boards i believe are the brains.

Hi all, tried new floppy disk drive tonight still nothing at the monitor I've also tried a different monitor. It's as if the pc part of the machine is not working. I will try to attach some photos of the machine.

Hi CNC Guru, Thanks for your response, I have just collected a floppy disk drive I will try it this evening. Im just hoping that that will be the end of the problem, I have just collected the machine from a training school I believe its been disconnected for some time so maybe the internal batteries...

Thank you for your reply, I've now discovered last night that the floppy drive reader is faulty, so im trying a new one tonight fingers crossed it will then boot up
