Sprint 1200 blown
Ok so it's looks like Iv blown my sprint 1200 controller. If I hook up an isolated 5v to the input it's making noise but the motor doesn't turn .if I hook up 10v it turns but not very fast. It's is only supplying the motor 16v. Anyone know what part of the board controls the regulation? If I can try...

Re: New triac PC project
Yes, they are feed by a 12v supply. Iv left the Denford control board installed and just tapped into the numar sensor wiring. You could take out the board and feed them with 12v and experiment with different ohm resistors(1k up). They sit at about 8.2v when there is no metal and about 11.8-12v when ...

Axis, spindle, oil pump, coolant pump, limits and homing sensors. All denford original boards using a cheap Chinese Bob. I have an emco pc turn 55 to retrofit af...

Re: Help with Triac VMC converting to Mach
Hi Dan thanks for this write up. So for the voltage Amp circuit. The step and dir wires from the driver board are 12v. They connect to the collector of the transistor. 5v from the BOB connects to a 2k resistor and then to the base. The Emitter is connected to ground(same ground as BOB and Driver boa...

Ball screws are free table looks in good condition etc. My plan is to run it on Linuxcnc. I want to try and use the existing electronics and have ...
