Re: Cyclone machine parameters

Thank you for this.

The machine serial number is CY22129 G
It is a Jan '90 build with 0T-A control

Are the 450 diagnostics set based on viewtopic.php?f=33&t=2916 ?

Thank you!

Re: Cyclone machine parameters

Thank you for updating these Martin.

Are there 900 series parameters for the 0T-A? The file for the 0T-B&C have these.

Thank you!

Re: Cyclone machine parameters

Hi,

Is there any chance the zip files are corrupted? Tried to download and open both files, with different browsers and unzipping software but both seem to be incomplete/corrupted - 0T-A after #0171 and 0T-B&C after #0507.

There is always the chance that I'm missing something entirely..

Cyclone OT-A - changing speed on spindle motor drive

Hi, We are trying to get a ‘90s Cyclone up and running - it has had the spindle motor drive replaced with a Bosch Rexroth 3600 controller. The spindle speed appears to be limited to 1400 rpm. The Rexroth has speed setting based on the motor speed which maxes out at round 1390 rpm. Can anyone advise ...

Repairing a Denford Cyclone lathe in Hampshire/Surrey area..

Hi all, We have been trying to fix a ‘96 Cyclone TU150-P with Fanuc 0T-C but with limited success. The Cyclone throws a 401 VRDY OFF alarm on startup which seems to relate to either a faulty axis drive or a bad connection tripping the drives. Unfortunately we don't have wiring diagrams so are mostly...

Re: Cyclone TU150-P - 401 VRDY OFF alarm

Hi Martin, Thank you for your reply and sorry about the super long delay in getting back. Attached is a photo (of what I think are) the relays.. Let me know if these are OK, can post more photos if not. A post from 2010 (http://www.denfordata.com/bb/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=2514) seems to suggest the 40...

Re: Cyclone P 21i and Triac 21i electrical diagrams needed

Hi Alan,

Found electrical drawings for Cyclone Fanuc 21i (1999) whilst looking for Fanuc 0T-C drawings.

Only a few months late but hope it helps!

Cyclone TU150-P - 401 VRDY OFF alarm

Hi all, We have a ‘96 Cyclone TU150-P with Fanuc 0T-C which has had a few problems recently. We’ve been racking out heads (with very limited knowledge!) on how to fix the machine so any help would be really appreciated! The machine throws a 401 VRDY OFF alarm on start up. On hitting Reset, the alarm...
