it gives the error when moves in x direction and reaches the storage compartments. before storage compartment area it moves in both dir forward and backward

FANUC CNC milling(soft homing issue)
Hi, we are working on a denford CNC milling machine and the problem is we are not able to soft home the machine in the desired co-ordinates... Need help regarding that. Thanks

Hi, now the ASRS is working good enough. but now sometimes when we are programming ASRS for pick routine, at some points it says "data specified out of range" while the station is still in the working space.. kindly direct me how to solve this problem.

plus there are two limit switches on the top of Z-axes motor, kindly tell me that if the lower limit switch is homing position of the Z-axes.

yes..! we have tightened some of the connections of motors and ASRS is moving correctly now... The help is really appreciated.. but now the problem is when we use E-stop.. the Z-axes motor is stuck means it is not mechanically free.. and can you please tell me what are "axes linear guides" and "ener...

yes i have seen the help files in ASRS software, they guide how to use the software and our problem is dealing with issues like drive over load ,feedback trip and motor over load.. So we need to get a lead on that..

Some times the axes motor work correctly. but after a very short time they give the following no of led blinks(red color) means error.. X axes drive= 8 led blinks (drive over load) Y axes drive= 5 and some times 8 led blinks (feedback trip and drive overload) z axes drive= some times 6 and some time...

how do i turn on the isolater, i mean whats the location of the isolator switch... and i will chk the LED response of the drives friday morning(comming day) and then will post the response here..

ASRS drive
i have a problem with ASRS drives, it does not get hommed in the Z-axes. and in normal type of motion it does not moves in the X and Y-axes. Need help regarding the axes motors. and how can i enable the drives.
